Yoga-low impact

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures and breathing

Pilate- low impact

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture.

Core class- low/medium impact

Build and strengthen during this class at different work stations. This challenging class works to tone and condition all major muscles of the torso with the aim of increasing spinal stability, essential for posture and health.

Cardio class-medium impact

This whole-body workout is a circuit, which means all exercises are executed simultaneously—as a group. Following a 5-minute warm-up, the main workout comprises three blocks of time-based cardio segments and repetition-based strength exercises for both upper and lower body. The class concludes with 2–3 minutes of core training and 2–3 minutes of cool-down and static stretches.

Kettlebell class – high intensity

A kettlebell class will supercharge your fitness and melt your unwanted fat. You’ll lose your love handles and feel fantastic, energized and strong. Keep it up for 30 days and you can drop a dress size.

Select 4 – high intensity

Created by Triumph fitness , Select 4 is a Combination of Functional, compound and aerobic exercise . Is very intense and even the fittest will be challenged . You will tone and increase strength quick. Not for the faint hearted.

I first met Dan in his Bootcamp classes in Oxford and completed a set of Personal training sessions with him. Through his carefully selected exercises using free-weights and bodyweight, and HIIT style routines, I not only lost weight and toned up, but developed an enjoyment for exercise. He is very knowledgable, patient with a lovely gentle manner and humour, and knows what it takes to get the physique you are hoping for. I can highly recommend him.
