Pilate- low impact

Core class- low/medium impact
Build and strengthen during this class at different work stations. This challenging class works to tone and condition all major muscles of the torso with the aim of increasing spinal stability, essential for posture and health.
Cardio class-medium impact
This whole-body workout is a circuit, which means all exercises are executed simultaneously—as a group. Following a 5-minute warm-up, the main workout comprises three blocks of time-based cardio segments and repetition-based strength exercises for both upper and lower body. The class concludes with 2–3 minutes of core training and 2–3 minutes of cool-down and static stretches.
